1. Registration Forms are to be filled in and submitted to the School Office.

2. Incomplete or illegible Registration Forms, without photographs will not be processed/accepted.

3. The minimum and maximum age limit for admission in various class is given below.

(Child born on 1st April should also be considered.)

Note: The maximum age limit can be relaxed by two years in case of special children by the principal. Age should be properly specified on the form. Request for relaxation of age criterion will not be entertained.

4. The name of the student, date of birth, father's name, mother's name will not be changed once filled in the form.

5. Dates for test/interviews interaction will be given at the time of registration.

6. The school authorities reserve the right to change the date and time of the interview.

7. Admission to class Nursery, LKG & UKG will be based on child's performance in interview.

8. There will be a written test for the students seeking admission to Class-1 & above.

9. Following Documents will be required at the time of admission.

(a) Original Birth Certificate.

(b) Original Transfer Certificate.

(c) Original Studying Certificate.

(d) Photocopy of Aadhar Card.

(e) Admission form duly completed.

Note: Fee must be paid by the communicated dates otherwise admission will automatically stand cancelled.
